Customer Service
1 STEP
Through online consultation, we provide advice and recommendation to our customers alongside the estimated prices of the procedures needed after analysing images which can be sent to us through Email, WhatsApp, LINE or Kakaotalk.
We help in booking an appointment for an offline consultation and/or surgery at the clinic via online consultation where we confirm the procedures that the customers want. Offline consultation reservations are free but in order to book a surgery date, a deposit must be paid.
For those who have paid a deposit, we would require the arrival time and flight details to book a pick-up service. For those who need help with hotel reservations, we would also be able to help after receiving the flight details.
A final confirmation of the arrival time, flight details and consultation booking will be done before departure, by us via online communications/phone call.
2 STEP
We provide pick-up and send-off services for those who have paid a deposit for the surgery.
Based on your time and date of arrival, the driver will either send you to the hotel or straight to the hospital (best time to land would be a day before your consultation).
With your arrival at the hospital in the scheduled time, a database-chart will be taken and we will continue with the consultation with our in-house experienced consultants. If needed, there would be a CT Scan and X-ray test taken before having the consultation with our surgeon. Upon confirmation, a date of surgery will be scheduled (for those who have not booked a surgery date. For those who have paid a deposit for the surgery date, will continue the surgery in the booked date).
Payment is accepted with cash or credit cards (UnionPay, VISA, MasterCard). Patients would have to pay the full amount before going in for surgery (for those who have paid a deposit, the deposit amount will be deducted from the total surgery cost).
Upon confirmation and payment for the procedures, an in-house pre-operative blood test and surgery explanation will be done alongside giving instructions to the patients for them to understand what needs to be done in order to have a safe surgery.
3 STEP
Patients must fast for at least 8 hours before the surgery.
Patients must avoid wearing precious metal or other material accessories on the surgery day. Normal or gel nail polishes would have to be removed from the finger and toenails before surgery.
Upon arrival at the hospital, the patient is required to follow the procedures and instructions given by the hospital staff.
The patient will have a final consultation with the surgeon before going into the operation theatre.
Anaesthesia will be inserted to the system by a professional anaesthesiologist.
Surgery takes place after the anaesthesia is in your system.
4 STEP
Once the surgery is completed, the patient is moved to the recovery room until his/her anaesthesia wears off. We then move the patient to their own private room where we check the blood pressure and body temperature. After-care service is also offered by our medical staff.
Patients are required to visit the clinic on days given by the medical staff for the post-surgery and deswelling treatments.
Stitches are normally removed on the 7th day after surgery (for double eyelid surgery cases, some stitches may be removed on the 2nd or 5th day after surgery as well).
On the 7th day of the check-up, patients will meet the surgeon for a final check-up and examination. For patients who are to fly out of the country before the final check-up, they are required to inform us beforehand to schedule a check-up with the surgeon earlier.
An airport drop-off service will be provided upon the request of the patient. For patients who have paid a deposit, there will be an automatic drop-off service provided. Flight and hotel details must be provided by the patient for the clinic to make an arrangement.
